Who we are

Conflo Services, Inc. is a Hayward, California based S-Corporation specializing in abatement, demolition, renovation, site hazmat remediation, and construction services since 2011. With over 100 years of combined experience, Conflo’s team of Project Managers, Project Administrators, Field Supervisors and certified workers have successfully completed thousands of commercial, residential and industrial projects ranging in value from $1,000 to $2 million each.

Our corporate philosophy is to develop long term, collaborative, ‘alliance’ relationships with our customers. To that end we provide a fully comprehensive set of services so as to deliver the most cost effective and time efficient of products. Most importantly, Conflo’s knowledge of and strict adherence to the local, state and federal regulations ensures that the customer will get a quality and safe product.

Our Focus

Commercial work

We currently have a varied customer base: Hospitals (i.e. John Muir, Standford, UCSF, Sutter Health), Property Developers / Managers (CBRE, Lennar), Banks (Wells Fargo, Chase), Property Owners, Schools and of course General Contractors. We currently have statewide contracts with Union Pacific RR.

Family owned and operated

Conflo is an S-Corporation based out of Hayward, CA. We hold Class A (General Engineering), B (General Construction), Hazmat, C-22 (Asbestos) and C-21 (Demolition) licenses. We offer a variety of services including abatement, demolition, renovation, sandblasting, containment setup, site remediation & viral pathogenic wipe-down.

Conflo Services, Inc. is a diverse, woman owned business which recognized the need to balance the inevitable need for development with protection of our local wildlife and fisheries habitats. To this end, we support a long list of local, non-profit programs by donating a part of our profits to them. From our two offices, we primarily service the Sacramento to San Francisco to Monterey corridor but gladly undertake projects for our alliance customers throughout California.
